Notary rates
Every mobile appointment is a flat, all‑in total. It is billed as a non‑refundable travel fee plus the Texas statutory notary fee, and we adjust the travel fee to the number of signatures so your total never moves.

Platform fee $25 + notary fee per signatory
How the total is built. Texas sets the notary fee by statute ($10 for the first stamp, $1 for each additional signature). The travel fee is ours, is non‑refundable, and is billed separately from the statutory fee on your receipt. Two signatures in the Standard package, for example, is $44 travel plus $11 in notary fees, so $55 in total. Need more than five signatures, a hospital or facility signing, or an evening appointment?
