What we collect
Panels and specimen types
- 5‑panel urine — the federal panel: marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, and phencyclidine. This is the panel used for DOT testing.
- 10‑panel urine — the federal five plus commonly tested prescription and non‑federal classes, for employers who want a wider look under company policy.
- 14‑panel urine — our broadest urine panel, for safety‑sensitive roles, court and probation matters, and programs that ask for expanded coverage.
- Hair testing — a longer detection window than urine, for pre‑employment and pattern‑of‑use questions.
- Oral fluid testing — observed collection with no bathroom‑access requirement, useful on job sites and for recent‑use questions.
- Nail testing — an alternative extended‑window specimen where hair is not available.
Every collection includes
Photo ID verification, a sealed collection kit opened in front of the donor, full chain‑of‑custody documentation, tamper‑evident sealing initialed by the donor, and courier or drop‑off to the laboratory.
Turnaround: negatives typically 24–48 hours; results requiring confirmation and review typically 3–5 days.
Combined visits: pair a drug collection with alcohol testing, DNA collection, fingerprinting, or I‑9 verification in one appointment.
After hours: nights, weekends, and holidays available. Post‑accident dispatch is quoted before we roll.
Two programs, one provider
DOT and Non‑DOT testing
A DOT collection is not simply a drug test with more paperwork. It runs on a fixed federal procedure, a fixed panel, and a federal chain‑of‑custody form. We perform both, and we will tell you which one your situation actually calls for before you book.
DOT testing
Collections conducted under 49 CFR Part 40 for employers regulated by FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, and USCG.
- Panel — the federal 5‑panel, on the federal drug testing custody and control form.
- Reasons for test — pre‑employment, random, post‑accident, reasonable suspicion, return‑to‑duty, and follow‑up.
- Procedure — federal collection steps, split specimen, temperature check, and shy‑bladder handling as written in the rule.
- Review — non‑negative results go to a Medical Review Officer before they are reported.
- Windows — post‑accident controlled substances testing must be attempted within 32 hours, so on‑site collection matters.
Non‑DOT testing
Company‑policy testing, court and probation matters, and individual requests, where you choose the panel and the cutoffs.
- Panel — 5, 10, or 14 panel urine, or hair, oral fluid, or nail testing.
- Reasons for test — onboarding, random program, incident response, court order, probation, family matters, and personal peace of mind.
- Procedure — full chain of custody on a non‑federal form, with the same sealed‑kit and donor‑initialed handling.
- Flexibility — your policy sets the panel and the consequence structure; we document the collection to match it.
- Court‑ordered — documentation prepared for filing, with results released as the order directs.

Testing a crew, a shift, or a whole site costs less per donor than a single appointment, because we are already there. Travel inside 30 miles of downtown Houston is included at every tier, and travel is waived entirely at ten donors or more.
Two ways to buy. Bring your own Medical Review Officer and laboratory account and pay for the collection only, or let us supply both and hand you a finished, reviewed result. The blue columns below are collection‑only; the gold columns are full service. Every tier discount applies to both.

Per donor, per visit. Tier pricing is based on the number of donors tested in a single scheduled visit at one address, and the percentages shown are the saving against our single‑donor rate. Bulk pricing starts at two donors. Full‑service pricing includes the collection, the laboratory testing, and Medical Review Officer review of any non‑negative result. Collection‑only pricing covers the collection appointment and nothing else: our certified collector travels to your site and performs the collection under proper procedure. Because collection kits and custody and control forms are issued by the laboratory, you provide the kits and forms along with your own laboratory account and Medical Review Officer. Expanded panels, hair, oral fluid, and nail specimens are quoted separately.

Travel is waived at 10 or more donors in a single visit, at any distance inside our service area.

We arrive equipped
A trained collector arrives ready to work at your location. On full‑service bookings we bring the sealed kits and the correct custody and control form; on collection‑only bookings you supply the kits and forms from your own laboratory.
Collection

Lab and results
The specimen goes to the laboratory. Negatives typically report in 24–48 hours; non‑negatives go through Medical Review Officer review first.

Which panel do I need?
If you are a DOT‑regulated employer testing a safety‑sensitive employee, the panel is set for you: the federal 5‑panel on the federal form. Everything else is a policy choice. Most employers use the 10‑panel; the 14‑panel is common for safety‑sensitive roles and court matters. Call us and we will help you pick.
How fast are results?
Negative results typically report within 24 to 48 hours of the specimen reaching the laboratory. Results requiring confirmation testing and Medical Review Officer review typically take 3 to 5 days.
Do you come to us?
Always. Every collection we perform is mobile. There is no collection site to drive to and no waiting room, which is the entire point — your people stay on the clock and on site.
Can you test a whole crew in one visit?
Yes, and that is where the pricing works hardest. See the volume table above: the per‑donor rate drops at five donors and again at ten, twenty‑five, and fifty, and travel is waived from ten donors up.
What if we already have a lab and an MRO?
Then buy the collection only. We show up, run the collection to standard, complete the chain of custody, and hand off to your courier or lab account. The collection‑only columns in the table above are that price.
Do you handle post‑accident testing after hours?
Yes. Post‑accident controlled substances testing must be attempted within 32 hours, and the alcohol window is much shorter than that. We answer after hours and dispatch nights, weekends, and holidays, with the dispatch fee quoted before we roll.
What does the donor need to bring?
A government‑issued photo ID. For a urine collection, the donor should arrive able to provide a specimen; if not, we follow the required waiting and shy‑bladder procedure.
